House rules

Dear Guests,

We warmly welcome you to our holiday apartment and hope you have a relaxing holiday here. Our experience has shown that certain rules regarding the use of the furnishings and the conduct of our guests are helpful to ensure your stay with us is as carefree as possible and to avoid any potential misunderstandings.

1. Arrival and Departure

The holiday apartment can be occupied from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Departure is by 11:00 AM. A later departure is only possible by prior arrangement.

2. Parking

You can park your vehicle free of charge on our property. This does not constitute a bailment agreement. The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles parked or moved on the property, or their contents.

3. Furnishings and Damages

We kindly ask you to treat our furnishings with care and to put used dishes and appliances away clean and dry in the cupboards. Please inform us immediately of any damage that occurs. As a rule, tenants and accompanying guests are liable for damages and are responsible for appropriate replacement or reimbursement. This is usually not necessary for minor damages, such as broken dishes.

4. Noise and Quiet Hours

Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep the volume down when playing music or watching TV. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

5. Child Supervision

Please supervise your children while using the apartments and on the property. The Seilschaft apartment has a bunk bed in the living room. If you do not wish your children to use the bed, the ladder can be easily removed.

6. Visitors

Your visitors are welcome to stay in our holiday apartment for short periods. However, it is not permitted to have unregistered guests stay overnight. Should the number of guests change, please inform us in a timely manner so that we can prepare the apartment accordingly.

7. Smoking/Candles/Grill

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our holiday apartments. Please smoke only in the outdoor area. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray and later in the general waste bin, not in the garden. Lighting candles is only permitted under constant supervision. Candles are not allowed in the bedrooms. When using the grill, please ensure that it does not pose a fire hazard and that the embers are completely extinguished after use. Please leave the grill and grate clean. Dispose of the cold ashes in the black general waste bin.

8. Pets

Dogs are welcome in the "Schwalbennest" unit and in other units upon request. Please note, however, that you are responsible for cleaning up any damage or soiling caused by your pet or informing us. When using the garden, please be considerate of other guests. Please ensure that no mess is left on the property. Should any mess occur in the garden, the tenant is responsible for removing it immediately and disposing of it in the trash can.

9. Smart TV

Use Please remember to log out of any accounts you may have with streaming services, etc., after your stay.

10. Security and Valuables

Before leaving the apartment, please always close all windows and the front door, and make sure to turn off the lights and electronic devices, as well as any running water. We accept no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.

11. Waste Separation

We kindly ask you to separate your household waste in the provided containers in the apartment and to dispose of it in the waste containers located in front of the building upon departure.

12. Cleaning

The thorough final cleaning of the apartment will be carried out by our cleaning service as agreed after your departure. However, we kindly ask you to remove any major soiling beforehand and to leave the apartment swept clean upon departure.

13. Electronic Door Lock

You will receive an access code for the entrance door before your arrival. Please note the following when using the lock: When opening: Wait until the lock has finished turning/the sound stops; the door will then open automatically. (Please do not pull on the door while it is closing!) When leaving: Push the door closed and then press the arrow button (triangle) to lock the door again. A spare key is located in the safe at the entrance in case of emergency.

14. Environment

We care about the environment, and we're sure you do too. Therefore, please switch off the lights, heating, and all electrical appliances when they are not in use. Saving water also helps the environment. Thank you.
